I had my 1st appointment with Dr. DiVincenzo and was really impressed with how thorough and informative this appointment was. He took the time to really get to know me and my overall health in forming a treatment plan. His support staff was very helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Dental appointments (for me) can be anxiety provoking but this was as good as a trip to the periodontist can be! Thanks to all.
Dr. Stephen Kelleher is absolutely amazing! He’s such a professional and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. I was actually an hour late to my appointment, but he and his team were incredibly patient and still gave me the best care and experience. They even played music to help calm my nerves which was very thoughtful. Dr. Kelleher is an outstanding periodontist, and I honestly have no regrets. Dr. Vencenzo's is a great Doctor, the office is very clean, however my experience wasn't a good one. I was given a $950 out of pocket estimate for a gum surgery and was told by the front desk that my dental insurance will cover will cover the rest, and then, after my procedure which went well, a totally different story. I was billed $2,700 out of pocket which I paid, and all I was told is: Sorry for the miscommunication. This was back in 2010.
Dr DiVincenzo is An Amazing, Gentle, and Caring Oral Surgeon! I am absolutely terrified of dentists and oral surgeons, but Dr. DiVincenzo changed my experience. From the moment I met him, he was transparent, reassuring, and made me feel like I truly mattered as a patient. His kindness and professionalism immediately put me at ease.
