Unprofessional! Rude and a waste of time. Find a doctor who cares and does not treat you like they are doing you a favor and staff who are courteous. This was my first and only visit . I have ZERO plans to return to this AWFUL Practice .
Wish I could give zero stars. I have lost ALL respect for Dr. Saffo due to her treatment of her patients. I just arrived on time to my appointment and they stated that it was cancelled. I had cancelled the first appointment last week and called to reschedule - the lady that picked up even said you can’t reschedule on the site you have to call us which I DID and she tried to schedule me with another doc and I specified Dr. Saffo. She set up the appointment and now they are saying I cancelled the one for today too. RIDICULOUS!... read more
I love Dr. Saffo! She has a great approach with patients and has really helped me address the pain I was having in my feet. The other staff are also great and very professional. I highly recommend!
They were very unprofessional. I fully understand how serious COVID-19 is but just because I have a tickle in my throat doesn’t mean that’s what it is. And to be basically put out after I’ve already been in the office seemed pointless. If I was in fact COVID-19 positive you all were already subject to it as well.
