Excelente Doctor
Definitely a place to avoid, brought someone only to review the blood work and dropped off at 10am and still at 1:30pm waiting. This would never happen in Bergen County. Really unacceptable and unprofessional. This is how our own Hispanic community loses business, by taking things for granted. Sadly I hear he’s a very good doctor and listens attentively but the management part lacks greatly. This is how Hispanic businesses loses clients and later complain that their own community doesn’t support them.
Dr. Gilberto Gastell is a great doctor, he found health problems in me that all other doctors never found. He has gotten my A1C lower, weight lower and all my anemia better. The only complaint I have is his waiting room and time. I go in for a 11am appt and come out at 5pm that is horrible. No seats to sit cause it is so crowded u do not find a seat. He should find a bigger space because he has a lot of patients. But he is a great doctor.
