I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Fernandez they provided very professional, efficient and pleasant atmosphere.
Staff puts patient at ease, which is really hard for a dental practice to accomplish. You all seem to listen to your patients and give them the best and most comfortable experience possible.
Compassionate and professional. All staff was extremely friendly.
Dr. and all his staff are friendly and efficient. The facilities are always clean and inviting. Ease of setting up appointments at desired days and time. Have had very little opportunities to set up urgent appointments.
Samantha is a great hygienist. She is considerate and is gentle but very thorough and timely. She does great work and got me out of there in a timely manner so i did not have to miss to much time from work. Also the front desk staff Terry and Vanessa took care of my insurance portion and processed my payment and informed me of what my balance was and allowed me to make payment arrangements. Great staff and always willing to work with me.
Dr. Fernandez is very professional and takes interest in his patient's concerns. He is gentle and very kind. The staff is very professional and courteous. They always greet you with a big hello and a smile. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful in meeting the patient's needs and answering questions.
I have been seeing Dr. Fernandez for six years, but this was my first emergency. A crowned front tooth had broken off. I saved the tooth. Called in and his receptionist got me in without an appointment that same day. Dr. Fernandez and his assistant, Melissa, spent two hours with me -- off and on -- X-Rays, refitting the crowned tooth, drilling, reattaching it, etc. The end result: I walked out with a stronger tooth!
Dr. Fernandez, Michael and the rest of the team make you feel relaxed and taken care of ever time I come in for a check-up or more. Dr. Fernandez has been my dentist for the past 20 years.
Dr. Fernandez's office staff are kind, welcoming and professional. Michael was great, so kind and thoughtful as well as professional and Dr. Fernandez was professional as well as kind. Great experience and I will be returning.
