I saw a Dr here in late 2023. I don't remember his name unfortunately, and it's been changed in my chart to Dr. Martinez. The first Dr. I saw barley even looked at me when speaking to me. told me I was too fat, and "just need to lose weight." the entire appointment I felt he was dismissive and belittling. I went to see Dr. Perkowski for a second opinion for chronic back pain, and I appreciated his knowledge and experience. A previous physician injected a steriod shot in my spine, when there was never any need to do so. I felt very hesitant to see the previous physician, so I was referred to Dr. Perkowski, and he relayed to me that my spine was in fact healthy and that there was no need for that shot.
