Staff was rude. As a new client I had a vision referral and was told by staff that it needed to be faxed not hand delivered. When I called back for fax number staff told me that I needed to call back in an hour because fax machine sometimes does not work properly and see if fax was received. When I asked if she could call me back she told me no, I needed to call back. That is a shame. So unprofessional, I would not recommend ever.
I was referred to Dr. Guggino by St. Luke's cataract center for surgery to correct diplopia. I was given a prompt appointment. Dr. Guggino was pleasant, competent, did all appropriate test and explained the procedure, the risks and the expectations. The surgery went smoothly and the results were excellent. My double vision with which I had suffered for years and had been told by other doctors was not correctable, was completely cured. He is an excellent doctor.
