I met Dr Garcia on Christmas Eve 2024, he took his time to come into his office to check my heart out. This is such a WONDERFUL doctor! He’s so kind and you can tell this kind man cares about our health. When we left, my son even said how much he liked Doctor Garcia. I strongly recommend him. Thank you Doctor. You’re a true Blessing.
The male answering the phone is obnoxious and arrogant. When calling to find out information about the Doctor, he became rude saying "what is this 50 questions" and " listen pal are you going to make an appointment or what?" Never have I talked to someone who is sooo rude. I use to be a patient of Dr.Garcia's and if he has any say so on who is answering the phones for him he needs to show him the door. Horrible.
After moving here from NJ metro area and having some top notch docs I was concerned about finding new physicians ~. Dr Garcia is by far one of the best doctors I have ever gone to. He takes his time, looks at the whole person, is up to date on medical interventions, and practices with genuine care and concern for his patient. I feel very, very fortunate to have found him.
Really liked the doctor,,,but his staff leaves a lot to be desired. Would not acknowledge us as we stood at desk when arriving, didn't call in prescription , had a surgery postponed because they won't answer phone calls from us or our other doctors! Terrible office staff !!!!
