Great experience! Dr. White was very thorough and his staff was awesome.
I am very unhappy with the work done on my daughter's teeth. Gerald White's office does orthodontics even though he has no specialty license. My daughter has excessive amounts of glue on her teeth. Often times the brackets are loose and wires are sticking in her cheeks. The chain has broken and the office manager would not help with getting her in to see the technician. The women that answer the phone do not relay messages to the business manager, Carol. Dr. White never seems to be available when we need to ask him questions. Our daughter has been under his care for 6 months and we have not heard or seen a progress report. They have misdirected us about our appointments... delaying a Regular Hour appointment because of a missed appointment due to a situation involving a Snow event in Pennsylvania.
