Awful customer service. My fiance contacted this place the morning of his appt and was told he never scheduled the appt with them and that he told them he had to talk to me before scheduling. First off, he doesn't need my approval for an appt. Second, I was sitting beside him when he made the appt. and put it in our calendar AS HE WAS ON THE PHONE. It only took 4 months to get into that appt and now we have to either find someone else to do his assessment or wait another 4 months. Somehow this isn't their fault at all and th... read more

Horrible Horrible doctor. Does not listen to questions that are asked. Twist everything answer you give him to questions he asks you. Says your parental capacity evaluation will take 3 days and you will be there for 6 hours each day, but only evaluates you for 45 minutes. Your evaluation is only 3 or 4 pages long. Helps CPS steal your children
