Annual eye exam visit. Tried an ophthalmologist instead of Jiffy Lube (chain optometrist) for the eyes. Dr. provided me a written contact prescription for a cylinder value that doesn't exist. Online contact lens provider contacted doctor's office to get the correct prescription. Office staff couldn't find the record of the prescription so she gave them the one I'd brought in from last year from an optometrist. Called office to correct problem. She faxed them, sent me, last year's prescription.
