The first visit was great. She was attentive and caring. She prescribe me meds. Then came severe side effects. She kept insisting I take the meds and refused to switch them. She was no longer attentive and lacked compassion. After 2 years, I'm finally switching insurance and doctors! I was shocked to learned both my sister and best friend had been patients of hers and had the same experiences; severe side effects and lack of compassion after the first visit. She needs to be fired and reported!!

I personally have had good experiences with Dr. Drancea (NP). She always listens to me and my worries and concerns and asks me how I'm feeling. I think we have found the right combination of meds and things are going great! Treat people with respect and you will get respect in return. The girls in the office are very nice.

She set an appointment 2 months off for my mom but only gave her 1 month's worth of necessary medications and refused to renew the prescription in the meantime without a new appointment - a week after my mom ran out of meds at the earliest. Office staff are extremely unprofessional. I was hung up on repeatedly while trying to make the appt., was told I'd be called back and was never called. Wait times are at least an hour for a 5 minute consultation and a script, even a bad one. AVOID!
