Office staff are Clueless!! I've asked for Nancy the office manager to call me back for several weeks and NO call back from Nancy yet! When I have asked for manager, other staff has got on phone ACTing as manager. No choice but to find a Competent office.
I had two nightmare procedures with him and wouldn't want anyone to go through that. The first time I decided to go with local anesthetic instead of general for a monitor implant. When I decided against it and told him I prefer general he held me down to the table and did it anyway while I cried and the nurse telling me he was so sorry. Then I was silly enough to get my pacemaker put in by him thinking at least this time I would be under general. Waited an hour till I was called back. Was 10 minutes early for my appointment. Doc walked in said it’s not cardiac in less than literally 30 seconds even though I’ve been having chest pains for years AND he had diagnosed me with Mitro Valve Prolapse in the past. I was rushed out and said come back for a stress test….again. Don’t go here if you really want help. He’s in it for $ at this point. Staff was awesome. Doctor was sub standard.
