I have visited Dr. Poggioli’s office twice within a year so far for a few skin related problems. Each time he treated me satisfactorily. He explained the problems and the associated treatment well, and patiently answered any questions that I had. He has been very friendly with smily face. His office staff has always been very helpful and welcoming, too. Another important point that I should make is that Dr. Poggioli does not overbook with many patients as some other doctors do. Do not take your children to this office. Dr. Poggioli is not equipped to work with children. We took my son there for some skin lesions he had for years. Children's had told us it was a cluster of blood vessels. The first thing Dr Poggioli said was "That looks like cancer. It's basal cell nevus syndrome." and the conversation went down hill from there, right in front of my 10 year old son with no consideration for his age. Doctor Poggioli is amazing…best dermatologist I have ever had. He has a very very small staff so try to schedule online if u can. And call your insurance to find out about procedures and coverage. His office staff can’t do that for dozens and dozens of peoples different insurance plans.
Dr. Poggioli is great. He wants you to understand your skin and how to care for it without being overwhelming. The office is efficient and helpful.
My husband and I have been to this clinic several times over the years, to ensure that any skin issues are dealt with promptly since we both have had a fair bit of sun exposure during our lives. The office is clean and safe, the receptionist/assistant is always prompt and efficient, and the doctor is extremely knowledgeable and experienced regarding the human skin and its various benign and otherwise issues.
