After asking repeatedly how much my costs would be the office personnel took the time to verify my insurance and they charged my credit card accordingly. I waited for them to confirm. And I asked one more time - is that all? Yet, I got an extra bill to pay a few weeks later. I called the office to understand and they can't explain it. Basically the answer was: suck it up...

I really like Dr. Zoys. I never have any trouble getting seen to have my knees drained and cortisone shots. His office is very busy, but they provide excellent care in my opinion.

I really like Dr zoys, I had a knee replacement in march 2017, no problems at all. Very nice and he or his staff were able to answer all my questions. Going to call today for appt, other knee is getting worse.

I have gone to Dr. Zoys for two different orthopedic problems, including several fractures after a recent fall. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what is happening and what to expect going forward. He seems to be an excellent diagnostician when it comes to orthopedic problems. His office staff, from the reception area to the nurses, are efficient, yet pleasant and most of all, competent. I wish all doctors/offices were like this.

Recommended a friend to Dr. Zoys because I had been a patient of his in the past. Not only was he rude but did not listen to her concerns. On top of that he gave her a shot obviously in the wrong place because it did not relieve her pain. Our family has used Dr. Zoys on several occasions but I personally will never use him again or recommend him to anyone I care about. If you want someone who listens and cares Dr. Zoys is not the one. If you want to be herded through like cattle...He's your guy

Dr. Zoys did my knee replacement and I didn't have a single problem. A year and a half later, I'm still not having any problems. He didn't spend a lot of time with me during the office visit, but with my case it wasn't really necessary. I knew what needed to be done and wanted to get on with it. If I had any questions, I'm certain he would have answered them. I have no reservations about recommending him.
