Dr. Zoys is an excellent physician. Very professional and great at diagnosing the problem
It was very professional experience and the doctor explained everything to me where I could understand it.
I was seen very fast it wasn’t a whole lot of waiting like I’m used to. My next steps were thoroughly explained.

I love Dr. Zoys but lack of communication is a problem. I just had a knee replacement & felt like there was little communication about what to expect, whether it be the amount of PT involved, recuperation time, an estimate on when I can return to work, etc., if I didn’t specifically ask then it wasn’t addressed. Also, his assistant, Mike, does not have a good bedside manner. He is gruff and has actually rolled his eyes at me when I told him something he did was hurting. First time to see the doctor and he is fantastic! Very compassionate and caring
Dr. Zoys and staff are fantastic, to the point and very professional
Dr. Zoys is a fine doctor but Brenda his billing manager is very rude and unaccommodating. We changed insurance providers and my benefits required me to get a referral to avoid any out of pocket. Brenda refused to re-submit the claim with the referral even after the insurance company called to ask her to do so. We have been going to him for years and as a result of her actions he has lost an entire family of longtime patients. We will NEVER go back to him.
Very pleasant experience. Answered all questions and took time to make sure that information .was understood.
