Very rude and unprofessional. Very rough with procedures.
Dr. Baylor made medication changes in my medical health without ever seeing me. Then he refused to speak to me on the phone regarding it and told me he would only speak to me if I had an appointment. I waited 3 long painful weeks for my appt and he refused to see me speak to me or treat me because I did not have a driver for my iv infusion that he told Emma Perdue his P.A to do 3 weeks prior knowing I had no driver. He would not even speak with my doctor when she called his office and he will not let me be rescheduled to see... read more
Been seeing Dr. Baylor for 15 years and he gets worse with every visit. I can't see a new doctor because of insurance. Prescriptions are messed up every month. Just recently pain meds were 2 weeks late being filled. He has a new nurse who does not do her job either. He is always making mistakes he scares me and I just don't trust him. I need help

Never wanted to explore other options. Im Allergic to the Steroid Injections. But everytime i cant to an appointment the PAs would treat me like a stupid person and try to ram the injections into my treatment. Trying to force me to consent to them. Even after being told about allergy several times. Never listened to. Dr. Baylor said its ither injections or Drugs. Not doing drugs ither. Not comfortable.
One of the worst medical experiences of my life. The advice and care were so subpar, I was forced to see a new pain management provider. This physician and his office violated my privacy rights on several occasions.
Terrible! They have it set up so no one ever answers the phone, even for a problem. It may be hours before you get a return call for any messages left. Left me in agony over the weekend and refused to do anything about it! I am reporting this to Medicare. Shame on you Dr Baylor! Terrible customer service. Zero compassion. Make sure you ask EXACTLY what meds they are prescribing, how much, and for how long before you leave the office, otherwise they will change meds on e-prescribe without telling you.
To put it bluntly he is the worst doctor I have ever had its all about the money . He doesn't listen to anything you say
Dr. Baylor is more concerned about policies than he is about patient care. He promoted multiple unecessary visits which in my opinion are aimed at incurring additional cost to the patient. His response to this was 'it is for the good of the patient'. Not true, good for Dr. Baylor. Then he prescribed an incorrect medicine for me. When I brought this to his attention he became very angry accusing me of wasting his time and his nurses time. Really, my health is a waste of their time. He never acknowledged that a mistake had bee... read more
