Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

Yes Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
