I have been going to Dr. Elias for many years and have never had a bad experience from him personally. His original staff in Garden City was wonderful. A few hiccups in his current staff but not his choice from my understanding. He never makes you feel rushed during his visits even though his waiting room is packed. A real keeper in this day of mechanized medicine. We moved 158 miles from his practice during my husbands' retirement and we both go back for our regular checkups just for him. A visit well worth the drive.

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
