I was seen by Dr. Farnoosh n will not be going back again! I was referred there for sinusitis issues n a lump in my throat. Nothing was ever done for the lump in my throat the said "oh it's a swollen salivary gland" and that's it. I was there to find out why it was swollen. I also told him that pain from it was going up the left side of my face he said "oh it's TMJ" mind u I've never suffered from TMJ. I'm still in pain my throat swells up causing it hard to swallow. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Worst experience. Do not recommend. We scheduled surgery for our child here, but for two weeks I called and emailed the surgery coordinator (Marvin) and the office daily — with no response at all. Shockingly, it wasn’t until the day before surgery, when the surgical facility called to confirm, that the office finally responded — after the director got involved. I canceled the surgery. The office never picks up the phone. You have to literally drive all the way over there to walk into the office just to book an appointment if you want it
