If I could give this place zero stars I would. Quite literally the worst experience of my life. Every time I’m in this office they’ve missed something in the last appointment and have prolonged my issues for months at a time. This place is awful, unprofessional, the people who work here clearly also hate it and miss details constantly. If I wasn’t advocating for myself medically it would’ve taken triple the amount of time to get the answer I’ve been spending over 6 months trying to get from them. Made an appointment with Trenkle but never told me that the PA will see the new patient. I was expecting to see the doctor, no PA. Regret it and had to pay for copay :(
Horrible operation. Stay far away! I would never recommend to anyone
Negligent and lazy. I have surgery scheduled but cant get in to talk to Dr. Trenkle beforehand. I have complications when it comes to surgery and anesthesia which is why I need to talk to him. He canceled the first appointment an hour after it passed. Next appointment he was over 3 1/2 hours late for the phone call. He overbooks himself and outsources scheduling to another country. Very dissatisfied with the service. The receptionist said that my appointment had been canceled by the doctor, even though it was confirmed. They have no rules about people talking loudly on their cell phones in the small waiting room. The wait time to be called is about an hour. In other words, they overbook.
