The office never picks up the phone. You have to literally drive all the way over there to walk into the office just to book an appointment if you want it

I've been twice now to see Dr. Trenkle and both times was treated by a "physicians assistant" instead, with no explanation as to why the doctor was not seeing me. The first time I insisted on seeing the doctor but the second time I had already been waiting one hour so agreed to go ahead with the PA. The PA was obviously not listening to me because they repeated the same questions several times.
