Dr. Adey is compassionate, kind, empathetic, and incredibly skillful with his surgery. He took a lot of time explaining all the issues/consequences and details of my surgeries, never made me feel rushed, always made me feel like I was his most important patient, and even explained to my husband exactly what the procedure would entail and exactly how he would do it. I would like to leave no stars. This man operated on my cervical spine 4 years ago. I have had constant vertigo ever since. Never before, never. He basically changed my active life forever.
Doctor Adey is the best Neurosurgeon in the country as far as I’m concerned He not only performed a laminectomy on an arachnoid cyst that had calcified! He did a very difficult surgery and he has excellent bedside manners. If it wasn’t for Dr. Adey I wouldn’t be walking again today. I’m on my way to a full recovery. Thanks Dr. Adey????
This man does his surgery and says good bye. He is rude, does no follow up and sends you to physical therapy without telling the therapists why you are there. He refuses to give a referral for a post surgery complication, basically my experience is frustration. I had to pay for my post surgery complication therapy simply because He refused to give me a referral. I wish I had interviewed more doctors before deciding upon this man.
I unfortunately had to have an emergency C5-C7 Laminectomy. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. He was so thorough, and didn't mind taking his time to help me understand my injury and what to expect during and after my surgery. I was so scared, but during the entire process, he remained so patient and kind. I am so thankful for all that he has done for me. I could have become a paraplegic, if it wasn't for Dr. Adey.
He saved my life...he removed a tumor from my spinal column in January 2012...(Laminectomy C5-C7). I am well now and no more pain. He is the best of the best doctor that I ever met in my life. Thank you Dr. Adey!!
