WARNING!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! I called a wile back to make an appointment for me and my two kids, she said everything was good just come in and fill out the paperwork. She must not have been listening because when I show up for the appointment she tells me he can see me but not my kids and was VERY rude about it. So I said forget it and went to see someone else. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. We are so glad he is back in South Bend.
