Two hour wait
I would give Zero stars if I could. The worst service I have ever experienced. The wait times are ridiculous. I waited 2 hours. My husband has waited almost 3 hours. I had labs done in July. Dr. McCleod tells me they were troubling at my appointment in November! I was floored! If they were so troubling why didn’t I get a follow up call or message in the patient portal. She acts incompetent as a doctor and I will not be returning. She spends less than 5 minutes in the room so what on earth is taking so long?!
After being stuck in the waiting room for an hour, I discovered that yet again Dr McLeod was at least 2.5 hours behind in clinic. Then their lunch arrived. Will be looking for a new medical practice.
