My insurance changed me to this provider in same practice I was already in... first & only visit, Physician did not look up from the laptop when I spoke and did not respond or reply to anything I said because he was very worried about the next word he was going to type so he kept repeating it and repeating it so he could be sure to remember to type it, it just appeared that he was trying so hard not to mess up his typing he missed the whole face-to-face deal with eye contact, Active listening and response to the patient.
