Have had only great experiences there with my son. Dr. Jensen is very knowledgeable and is keen to explain things thoroughly.
Sadly I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Jensen. He’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly however I felt there was some miscommunication in my overall process of getting my braces. Wrong type was put on even though a discussion was made ahead of time of what I wanted, they did offer to change them but after all said and done was left a bit upset with the process.haven’t spoke with a surgeon to see if surgery was needed however Doctor Jenson said it was needed. I had my two twin girls come to Dr. Jensen and had nothing but amazing service, exceptional ortho work, and post ortho support! The experience was fantastic and my girls teeth look amazing! I would strongly recommend Dr. Jensen.
I have been taking my 3 children to Doctor Jensen and Paulette for over 10 years.....all 3 needed braces 😣 but we were lucky enough to have been referred to him ! All 3 had different needs and he treated everyone to get the best possible outcome for them ! I now have 3 beautiful confident children with beautiful smiles ! RUN! Dr Jensen guilted my parents into putting braces on my brother and I at the young age of 8. He had all my teeth removed prematurely to “speed up his process” but what ended up happening is my gums healed and hardened before my teeth came, 2 of them never came and had to be surgically exposed to pull down. I had a grand total of 10 teeth in my mouth at one point. My teeth were moved and twisted so much by him that my 4 front teeth have very little root left.
