Very good appt/exam. Answered a lot of my questions about dry eye also. Will be returning as usual.
I visited this clinic for an eye exam and was very disappointed with the overall experience. Although the doctor completed the exam and provided a prescription, there was no explanation of the results. During the testing, I was told that my right eye was weaker, yet the prescription appeared to indicate something different. When I asked for clarification, I was simply pointed back to the prescription, as if the staff were too busy to answer basic questions.
