I’ve been seeing Dr Richmond for about 15 years- she’s profesional and truly cares.
This practice was awful! I was initially seen at the beginning of my pregnancy and had to return home, out of state. When I came back a few months later, and mid pregnancy, getting back onto the schedule was like pulling nails. They claimed it was because they didn’t received my file from my previous obgyn who at that point has sent it 4 TIMES! The rotation made me very uncomfortable as I was already high risk. Dr. Richmond is the best doctor ever! She is extremely knowledgeable, and she is very professional. Also, she truly cares about her patients. She is the best, and I highly recommend her!
I went and seen them two years ago when I was pregnant with my son. Two months after I had my son I went on the birth control implant and I keep having issues with it and it has to come out In 2025. I keep calling them to get my medical records from them so I can see my new obgyn. They wont answer the phone. And when I finally do get a hold of them they don’t wanna help.
