billed for I dont know what?? Neither does my insurance co. Insurance wanted codes or was not going to pay, so the 1200.00 bill came to me. For the date I was to only get results of tests, done on the first visit. I needed pain meds and was told I had to pee in a cup to make sure I was not on drugs in order to get the meds. So I did. He wrote me for the meds. Then they sent my pee to labs.... and 1200.00 later................................. DONT DO IT DONT GO THERE
Billing system terrible, try to charge you for appointments cancelled a week in advance, & they take excessive tests without telling you the cost. Constant double bookings & long wait time, & Dr. Perez frequently has his assistants do the appointments at the same price. Office old & neglected
I have had questions, concerns and urgency regarding medications and medical procedures. ***PHONE CALLS ARE NEVER RETURNED**
Very Knowledgeable in the Naturopathic Area. Office Staff - Unpleasant, Does NOT return phone calls and billing system is insufficient.
