Love the Doctors but staff has serious Attitude.. Especially at the front desk when you come in the young lady that sits at the desk with the bushie hair has a serious attitude and gets nasty with you on the phone
Staff is very rude!! Unprofecssinal and unorganized I was also Billed for labs I did not consent to.
I had to see Dr. Perez for an urgent care issue and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to provide recommendations for my overall health as well.
1st time seeing Dr Perez and was very impressed with his knowledge of everything I asked him about. I've lived in the bluffton SC area for 3 years and thought I better get myself a doctor and I think I found a real good one.
Dr Perez and Christine are the best doctors I've ever had. They take time with me and really care. I would never go anywhere else. Saw all posts about office staff? Never had a problem with them. I would definitely recommend this office to all new patients if you want a caring dr who listens
Love Dr. Perez! Went to 5 or 6 different doctors over the years trying to get answers about my health. Dr. Perez got to the bottom of it and brought my health back up. I haven't felt this good in years. Even though he doesn't take my insurance, I don't mind paying out of pocket cause he is so worth it! Now, the office staff on the other hand is HORRIBLE!!!
Dr. Perez is one of the few physician's you will ever find who understands the importance of continuing education, laboratory scientific analysis, nutrition, exercise and medications. He is a true professional. As a educated nutrition scientist it's so refreshing to see a MD. who understands nutrition. The only negative comments seem to be related to his office staff. Any Dr. Office has the same headaches. Bottom line ...if you want to be healthy make an appointment with Dr. Gaston Perez.
Best Doctor I have found around Beaufort SC. The staff is amazing and Dr. Prez is amazing himself.
Dr. Perez is clearly a 5 Plus Star Doctor He even has a specialization on Functional Medicine! The staff that works directly with him are very professional and I would also give them a 5; but the staff that is in charge of taking phone calls and work at the phone desk, they are horrible! no manners and they show a lack of organization.
