Donna my hygienist always does a great job, dressed (gown, gloves, masks). Office and staff always a pleasure.
I originally had an appointment for a routine cleaning for this Saturday. Unfortunately, I had a surprise event to attend so I requested a sooner appointment. The office was very understanding and accommodated me. The staff from the moment I was greeted, to the cleaning I received, to the Doctor's observation of my X-Rays and checkup, to the front desk setting my December appointment were all A+!! Excellent very clean and staff is great. I love this Dentist and staff.
Initial appointment , cleaning and evaluations. I found that that introduction to Dr. Yanowitz's office exceeded my expectations The Hygienist explained each procedure thoroughly, Dr. Yanowitz did the same thing and also explained what he had found and the corrective procedures. The receptionist explained the cost in detail. I was asked numerous time if I had questions. No, all concerns had been asked satisfactory. i'm looking forward to future visits.
Very pleasing environment with pleasant staff. Had to wait a bit but was acknowledged and given an update and apology. Will see what will happen on subsequent visits. Dr. Yanowitz was also pleasant and straight forward with what was needed. He listened and gave appropriate feedback.Extremely satisfied with my first visit.
I always feel so comfortable and safe coming to your office. I know I’m going to be taken cRe of and treated like family. I can’t even imagine having to go anywhere else. Patty and Maria and all the others who names I do not know put so much kindness into they’re work! Patty is great at her job and Maria is a whiz and so great. All are wonderful! I only got a cleaning today but every single time I’ve seen the rest of the crew I could not be happier.
