wegman was unprofessional first and foremost. I had a normal or simple cleaning that needed to be done and it was just a horrendous experience. There was hardy any respect or consideration given. The office environment was uncomfortable. It was painful and felt purposely rough as he was cleaning. He was all over the place. It felt like he was trying to pull my tooth out, one by one.
