I started going to Dr. Novatt in 2001 Living in the Santa Ynez Valley, the drive can be long so I began trying the local dermatologists. None could be compared to the quality, knowledge , services and care of Dr. Novatt's office. So I am back to making the drive over the hill. I highly recommend he and his staff.
They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
