Dr. K is a nice guy but in the years I went to him for sinus issues, he never really seemed interested in finding the actual cause. He did talk me into a balloon sinuplasty that ended up being very traumatic and didn't improve my symptoms at all. He prescribed a few meds that didn't help. I finally insisted on allergy testing which hadn't been done before and I had no allergies. At that point he seemed to give up altogether. Can also confirm that his office staff is pretty lacking in compassion and customer service skills.
Beyond unprofessional, not helpful, money grab. DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Dr. k is fine. His staff however, is unreliable, unprofessional and unaccountable.
I had a SEVERE ear infection and he was able to see me the next day as a new patient! His staff was very kind and I did not have to wait long. Dr. Kwartowitz listened to my concerns and explained everything. I had a procedure in the office and he was very gentle and empathetic. I would definitely recommend and return if needed.
Highly recommend Dr. Gary Kwartowitz at his Rochester and Clarkston Michigan locations. Both my spouse and myself have been served by Dr, Kwartowitz for over 7 years, and continue to be please with his knowledge, skills, and medical care. The clinic is well managed, the staff excellent, and appointments always timely.
Dr. Kwartowitz is the best ENT doctor I'm aware of. He is frank and to the point and very knowledgeable. I have seen him for ear problems, and my family member saw him for throat problems. His diagnoses are accurate, and he is very fair in treatment. He has a lot of experience and knows his stuff. He spent as much time as we needed with him. Contacted us by phone to follow up on something. He is a very caring doctor.
