Not only did my knee surgery go very well with excellent results, Dr. Goodfreid has gone out of his way to help me with another health problem not related to my original problem. I would recommend him unconditionally.
Dr. Goodfried is a straight to the point. No beating around the bush doctor. I have not had my surgery yet. But, if it is anything like my office visits the last 3 times. I know I'm in good hands!
I feel wonderfully best that I had the best ortho doctor on my case. After 3-months I am walking- a little running and feeling stronger every day. The surgery and recovery time has not been bad at all. Overall an excellent experience. I have and will continue to refer to Dr. Goodfried. God bless! Excellent staff as well :)
I had heard many good statements about what a good doctor Dr. Goodfried is, and I was not at all disappointed. He totally answered any questions I may have had, plus he explained my options, and I realized and he stressed he was not at all pressuring me. My mindset was definitely about having hip replacement, and his explanations made me totally confident about my ensuing surgery.
Gary explained the procedure of fixin my Knee. Showed me how the knee works and my problem with my knee which is bone on bone. We decided to have knee surgery in August or the last week of July. Was very helpful in answering my questions as I'm really scared to have this done. But I'm ready for the pain in my knee to stop. And I hope Dr.Goodfried can fix it.

He has done 3 joint replacements on me and as far as I am concerned, there is no other knee or hip surgeon.
Dr Goodfried explained to me what could be my knee problems but wanted me to have an MRI and a follow up with him next Thursday.
Dr. Goodfried performed a hip replacement on me. I had been crippled for 2 years and was sent to back specialists and pain management doctors in Palestine,Tx. I begged for a referral to Dr. Goodfried for my coworker had used him. Finally, I demanded a referral and Dr . Goodfried did one X-ray and told me that I needed a hip replacement . Two weeks later my hip replacement was done. My results were outstanding. I was home in 2 days with PT assigned . Dr. Goodfried changed my life!
