Very pleased with the whole process!
YAG procedure took all of 20 seconds!!! Painless!
Fast, quick and easy.
The office staff is friendly but wait times are lengthy. The doctor I saw wasn’t the one doing the surgery. On 2 of 3 visits, only one doctor was in the office and the waiting room was pretty full. If they continue to schedule so many appts at the same time, they need to address the lack of staff on duty. The triage nurse was wonderful and the nurses on the surgery floor are really good and put you at ease.
