My wife and I had an initial consultation with Dr. Monash yesterday. He listened to each of us carefully, assured us that each of our concerns could be addressed to our satisfaction, and we are so happy to have been referred to him by our primary care physician. We were also very impressed with Dr. Monash's office staff....very professional.

This guy is the best GI guy in Tucson. I was having some issues in addition to a positive Cologuard test. He personally took the time to schedule me make sure I was able to get in to see him immediately. The scope was positive but he was able to deal with the cancer because it was so early. Thanks to the good doc and Cologuard I am doing well!

Very kind man. I had sudden onset symptoms that were very scary. He got an appointment for my colonoscopy and endoscopy immediately and made sure my case was resolved. Highly recommend.

Dr Gary Monash has been my doctor for over 15 years now. I have ulcerated colitis and he has prescribed the proper medication and have never had a problem again. He listens and we talk about what we have to continue doing. I don't know what these other reviewers are complaining about guess they just want redcarpet service. The suite that does the proc;edures are always full because you have to bring another person. Also after a procedure Dr. Monash has always spoken to me or my wife. I would highly recommend him. 

Look for a competent Dr elsewhere

Unbelievably bad experince: Dr Monash does not seem to listen to a patient at all. Told him the sucralfate did not help at all (I told him that TWICE so if he did not listen to me the first time, he should have heard me the 2nd time) and I had still same pain 2 months later and he prescribes carafate - sucralfate is its generic version I find out at the pharmacy!! I had a procedure done. Part of the sample was contaminated. The waiting area was overcrowded and noisy. I met Dr. Monash just before I was "put under." I never saw or talked with him again. Everything was through an assistant.

Dr. Monash was very kind & understanding from the first visit. Having fecal incontience was a very embarrassing to live with, even though 20 million people have the condition. Dr. recommended the Medtronic interstem trial. I had wonderful success and had relief immediately. I was on the trial for 5 days and had no accidents, what a relief to be normal again & not have to run to to the bathroom on a moments notice. Thank Dr. Monash for giving me my “Quality of Life” back! Pat Little

Dr. Monash is a great doctor. I am so comfortable with him and he is in my book a very easy person to talk with and I trust in his work. I have been to him two times and he was very concerned my first visit but now all is good, thank you Dr. Monash. He also has a wonderful staff .

I have a rare autoimmune disease and Dr. Monash was not only familiar with how to treat it, but very sympathetic to my condition. I recommend him wholeheartedly. He performed an esophageal dilation which helped me eat without choking and improved my quality of life considerably. Great doctor!
