worst place ever, do not bother to come here, it is a wait of time, staff people needs some training ASAP, Dr. Martinovsky won't pay attention, to you, they do not care at all, it is better to without a doctor than come over here, DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!
Worst customer service. Some of the clerical staff need training ASAP on how to deal with patients.
Retaliated Against : Secretary Nancy called to verify my acupuncture appointment for Wednesday, I replied I would be there, after establishing that. I asked Nancy may I ask you a question? Nancy replied what! I asked her did she receive my 2 calls on Monday and 1 on Tuesday concerning the email from my insurance company.
