Dr. Gary Penny is the most dedicated physician that I have ever had the good fortune to be in contact with; he is compassionate & knowledgeable & perhaps the most intelligent man I have ever known (yet not egotistical or conceited in any manner). I am amazed at his willingness to use every bit of his skills & abilities to his patients' benefit. I rarely have ever waited more than 15 minutes for my appointment.
Consistently late for appointments. I waited one or two hours with no apology or explanation from office staff. I am a professional and was trying to be discrete using my lunch hour for my appointments.
