They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. it was easy to locate. My family chose Dr. Bean as our pediatrician when pregnant with our first. She is now seven and our son is five. Dr. Bean and his colleagues make us feel like family. He is so accessible, friendly, down to earth and MELLOW!! I love how he helps everyone relax and feel good about our parenting style while also giving us great information about our kids.
