The staff in the monroe office are GREAT..... However, no one is able to answer the Telephone. They open at 8:00 am but all you get is a recording until 8:45 when a very rude lady in the charlotte office answers the monroe number. The waiting room is usually empty, there are 4-5 employees there including a doctor and receptionist but the RUDE woman in charlotte says she answers their phone because they are understaffed ??? I feel that both Dr Waldman and Kirsten PA are very knowledgeable, caring and have a good bedside manner. The office itself, especially the waiting room is not the cleanest and smells musky. I have encountered several rude front desk workers especially at check out. I’ve also encountered several less than professional clinical assistants in the back...ie a girl came in the room when PA was going to remove some skin tags and starts injecting me with lidocaine without saying hello, much less what’s she’s doing. Dr is nice. The front office staff is rude and uncaring and fails to let you know how much you owe and that insurance won't cover it til you get a bill and in collections. They care nothing about patients well being
I saw Dr Waldman for treatment for a chronic condition after relocating to the area. I explained I had been on an effective treatment plan and simply needed to continue it. The doctor was not interested in my history and would not continue this treatment plan until my condition worsened. His treatment plan would involve much more frequent visits, so it became fairly obvious what the priority is in this office.
I would recommend Dr. Waldman to anyone. I have not had any problems with the staff or Dr. The staff has always been very nice and polite and professional.
Dr Waldman is a fantastic doctor but I will never use him again because of his staff. They are very unprofessional and unorganized.
