Dr. Orr and his staff are always professional and courteous. I have been a patient since he took over for Dr. Hardison and always have great experiences. I'm in a wheelchair and they accomodate my needs. I needed to have my upper and lower plates "refilled", as is usual with new appliances. Though the procedure itself is not very "comfortable", Dr. Orr and company made it as easy as possible. They were alert to the normal discomforts of the procedure and kept the timing of the moves as accurately as possible and moved me through the process without undue stress. Dr. Orr and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. They actually keep their appointment times...no waiting. Dr. Orr has done a crown for me, and Sherrell just cleaned my teeth. Cindy up front is great as well. This was my !st visit and it was great. Becky did my teeth cleaning and liked how she explained everything to me. Dr Orr was friendly and also explained his recommendations very well. I am usually very nervous when I go to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable.
