Mike did an excellent job of explaining my options, giving me his recommendation and working efficiently to complete the job. He reviewed important safety issues prior to completion. He was very professional and had a nice way about him.
This guy was great. Showed up when he said he would, no waiting around. Got the springs replaced and the garage door opener tuned up. I was good to go in under an hour. When my garage door spring broke I had no idea who to call. I chose this company at random from the phone book. They scheduled me for the same day I called, arrived as scheduled and had the door repaired in 30 minutes, complete with all new springs, cables, pulleys, and safety cables. They give a 10-year warranty on parts, and the serviceman even lubricated the tracks, checked the safety sensors, and waived the service charge. My garage door was out of balance and clanking and swaying dangerously. I looked to the internet for referral and called Steven. He said he could be out within the hour, and he was. He did an excellent job of repairing, balancing and doing a thorough check of the entire system. He made it more sturdy and safe. The garage door lifts and balances perfectly. I think the price of \$95 was fair for the amount of work done.
I have used this company several times and they never disappoint! Their service is extremely fast. All the technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. And their prices are great too! I would not recommend looking any further for doors or service!

Our spring broke, so we had it replaced along with new rollers and cables. However the old door began popping after these repairs. Ronnie came by the same day we called him and said we needed a new door and he gave us a full credit for the prior work toward the new door. David installed the new door the next day. Mikey did an excellent repairing my garage door. I woke up one morning to find my door completely off balanced turns out one of the spring had broken. Mikey did a great job and only charged me half of what the other guys were quoting me. I also received a great warranty on both the parts and the labor.
