Our spring broke, so we had it replaced along with new rollers and cables. However the old door began popping after these repairs. Ronnie came by the same day we called him and said we needed a new door and he gave us a full credit for the prior work toward the new door. David installed the new door the next day. I called this company at 1000 am when I realized my garage door will never open again with my old opener. Johnny arrived at 1:15 and diagnosed my old opener and garage parts. Johnny showed me the parts needing replacing and explained the types of openers available. I chose a Liftmaster 3850. Johnny began working immediately and had all of the replacement parts available in his work van. Lucius did an amazing job. I had broken the top two panels of my garage door, and he gave me several very good options for repair. He was able to reuse lots of hinges, etc. to save me money, and found replacement panels that were very good matches. He even cut out a section of the old panel for me to use to help match the paint at home depot (Mine was a non-standard color). He was punctual, efficient, and the price was great. Excellent service. Quickly discovered what problems were with my broken garage door, and quickly resolved all issues. Replaced all parts that needed to be repaired for a very fair price. Explained and showed me issues with the original install that caused my door to break....and made it right. Also, repaired additional items that were above and beyond quote.
We had a spring snap over the holiday weekend. We called the first thing this morning and they had someone here by 11:30 AM.
