RecommendedExcellent communications via both email and phone. I love it when I can use email to make appointments instead of having to play phone tag. Prices are very fair, service is excellent, and they stand behind their work. I called back a couple of months after their initial visit with a minor problem, and they came back to fix it without hesitation.
this company was the best My 2nd time using this Company in 18 months (both times - user error) and I must say they are the best. Told me they'd arrive at 1:30 and at 1:28 our doorbell rang. its was an emergency i needed help right away I needed my garage door fixed on the weekend and considered it an emergency, which incurred an extra charge, but was well worth it. Great timely response and excellent service. I will need a new garage door opener soon. These are the people I will be ordering from.
i have used this company in the past and each time they offer exceptional service I called 10:00am and a technician was at my door by 3:00pm same day. The service I received was to be commended. The knowledge and advise I received was great. One of the best service tech's I have ever dealt with. This is not the first time I used the garage door services and it won't be the last.
after my garage door motor died I started to panick I was referred to your company by my Son-in-Law, Dannie. I was informed by Ben when he got here that your company doesn't work on Overhead Garage Door Openers, however, he thought he would be able to fix it since he wouldn't need any parts. He was very kind and courteous; however, the door opener has broken again. I guess I will have to go to the expense of having the Overhead Garage Door people come out and fix it after all.

Ben is very professional, honest, and fast Ben is very professional, honest, and fast. Needed new springs for the garage door on a rental and he was on time, fixed it in less than an hour, was honest about what needed to be done (replaced springs for $165) Even my renters were impressed that the problem could be fixed so quickly. He also offered a 90 day warranty and 5 years on the springs. Super awesome and highly recommended!
When the springs broke on our garage door recently we were glad that we found this company's number on the inside of the garage door. Not only was the service technician able to come out sooner than we expected (even on a Saturday) but after accessing our door he was very thorough and patient as he explained his recommendations for the replacement of not only our broken springs but the rollers as well.
