She messed up my teeth. For several years I was utilizing this dentist due to convenience of location. Well I paid for that. Every piece of work she did on my teeth had to be redone! I mean every single thing. Appointments would be canceled on day of, bills were inaccurate to point where at one point it ended up on my credit and only to find out they just never marked me as paid after I had a service. Do not go here! This is the worst dentist I have ever been to in my life and I move a lot. She tried to get me to redo all my fillings even though it was unnecessary, she messed up one filling and caused me pain for a year. She told me I needed to redo a crown, which then fell out soon after. Wouldn't give me my money back and her receptionist is very nasty and rude. Horrible people. Avoid like the plague unless you want to get robbed blind and deal with pain and bad dental work.
Unfortunately, I am once and done with this practice. Receptionist is rude and abrasive, hygienist took three attempts to take one x-ray of one tooth, and the dentist did not inspire confidence. My appointment was at 1:30, I arrived at 1:20 and I was not seen until 2:05. Not very professional all around. I will not be visiting this practice again.
