She is the most unethical and unprofessional person that I have come across in my 50 years of life. She has over medicated my son to the point of destruction. She belongs to the psych hospital herself as a patient where she is allowed to practice endangering and destroying so many innocent lives.

Ross does not spend any time getting to know the patient. She's generally pretty rude and she never returns calls, even when it's urgent. My mother never felt as if Ross cared about her well-being. It's "how are you doing, here's a prescription for some some pills, come back in a month". She prescribed new psych meds to my mother and basically said, if it doesn't work, go back to the old meds. I've been seeking medical help for my problems for 14 years now and Dr. Gail Ross is, without exaggeration, the absolute worst doctor I've ever had, mental health or otherwise. She's very rude and condescending and will quickly write your prescription and not let you talk if you don't agree 100% with her pushing medications from the 1950s on you. Doctor Ross makes assumptions of patients she meets for 10 minutes.She tries to push psychic drugs on patients that are in chronic pain ie; arthritis,osteo.broken bones and aids.She may have been a excellent doctor many years ago but she needs to be put out to pasture.
