Dishonest people. I paid upfront for my son's oral surgery, then they kept my insurance claim money. Won't refund back to us. She is also incompetent, was supposed to pull all 4 wisdom teeth, only able to pull 2, despite making us pay extra for preop CT scan.
i have been going to Dr. Strahs for over 15 years because i have needed a lot of oral surgery. Every one in the office is kind and supportive. Dr. Strahs is always gentle and communicates well. She is a whiz with the needle! First she gives me numbing gel and when she injects me she shakes my lip and I don't feel a thing! The office manager expertly figures out my co-payment and bills my insurance. I would recommend her with no reservations.
I had oral surgery done by Dr. Strahs to take out my wisdom teeth. The surgery itself was fine although she chipped my front tooth and I woke up in the middle of surgery I was ok with everything. Before I had my surgery done I filled out an agreement of the cost based on how much my insurance would cover. They said my insurance would be cover almost all of the cost and I only had to pay $460. Dr. Strahs is wonderful. I am a nurse who gives excellent care so I know a professional when I see one. She is smart, skilled and personal. Her office is very professional and friendly. They all make you feel like a milliion bucks. I feel like she is a friend as well. She performed a very serious oral surgery on me back in 2006. I was so scared. I brought my 8 year old son to Dr. Strahs for removal of an odontoma. I was extremely nervous and scared for my son to have surgery. Dr. Strahs was so understanding and helpful to me. She spent quite a bit of time with us at his consultation. I did not feel rushed at all. She answered all my questions with much knowledge and confidence. Her staff is wonderful too. She was one of the best I have ever been recommended to. She took care of a tooth extraction with no pain and the best of care. Her rates were more than appropriate and fair.
Dr. Strahs is as good as you could ever hope for. She is easy to talk to, voluntarily explains what ever you need to know about the procedure and is brilliantly competent. She has extracted over 64,000 wisdom teeth. Her facility is spotlessly clean, her staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the overall environment is relaxing and well thought out.
