Great doctor! I just visited her today and she was nice and knowledgeable. Definitely will go to her again.
Dr. Mandolesi is very warm, clear, and helpful. Unfortunately, her receptionist is very unprofessional. She is more interested in chatting with her colleague than helping the patients. She also apparently lost some paperwork. I hope they have other staff members as I'd hate to deal with her every time.
As a new patient, I just met with Dr. Mandolesi the other day. I am 22 years old, and like most people I dread going to the doctors. All of the staff welcomed me with a warm smile and were very helpful. Dr. Mandolesi was awesome. She was very thorough in our meeting, answering all my questions and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I plan on sticking with this doctor for a long time!
I absolutely love Dr. Mandolesi. She has seen me through very good and very bad times (I had a lot of complication with my secong pregnancy). I have been going to the same practice for 3 years now. She has been caring and highly professional - with a sort of cultural sensitivity that is hard to find in Drs in the US. You never feel rushed with her. Dr. Barrett and Dr. Speyer are equally good. Highly recommend this doctor! I saw her throughout my entire pregnancy and she just delivered my baby. She is fantastic, caring, knowledgeble, gentle, always takes time to explain things, never seems rushed! She and Dr. Spayer and the best OBGYN I have ever seen!
As the previous commenter mentioned, Dr. Mandolesi is excellent but her staff is extremely difficult to deal with. I have been receiving bills for months with incorrect information and billing that my insurance has already taken care of. It has been a nightmare trying to get this sorted out and I never get a call or reply to my messages. I recommend Dr. Mandolesi but I would steer clear of her billing staff.
Dr. Mandolesi is nice but the staff is extremely unprofessional. They never return your call and for me they filed my claim wrong and blamed on the insurance for not processing it correctly. I totally agree with what others have said above about their staff. They really need to train the staff. They just want to make money. Its really frustrating to deal with them. I do not recommend this practice at all.
I saw Dr. Mandolesi when I was 6 weeks pregnant with some abdominal discomfort. I felt a little silly going in because it wasn't very painful and I had no other problems, but it is my firdst pregnancy and I was nervous. She was so reassuring and didn't make me feel at all embarassed about coming in. She did not seem rushed at all and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. I have also seen Dr. Speyer in this practice and have had great experience with her as well. Highly recommended!!
Dr. Mandolesi is THE BEST doctor I have ever met. She truly cares and gives you the information you need without hiding the truth.
