Was diagnosed immediately with Myasthenia Gravis and it typically takes a very long time for doctors to get it right because it is rare. He listens and truly cares about my condition.
Dr. Greenman always takes his time and listens....I don't feel like one of a herd. I ALWAYS refer friends and family to him. I have had him as my PCP since he started with Lexington Clinic and rue the day he retires. He is extremely competent, but doesn't hesitate to refer if he needs help. I ALWAYS refer friends and family to him.
Have had 2 neck fusions and he done them both in Lexington KY. Would definitely recommend him to everyone.
I wrote a previous review stating the treatment I received from Dr. Knox and Nurse It was not a good review because of their rudeness and respectfulness. I had my second visit today and it was totally opposite. Maybe they had bad days. God knows I do. Today was pleasant and informative. Good visit all the way!

Skilled Diagnostician! Dr. Al is the first family practitioner I’ve visited who understood autoimmune disorders. He refers to specialists for thorough diagnosis and treatment plans, even before symptoms are out of hand. Truly PREVENTATIVE medicine, not just the kind where you’re given medication for symptoms. Not all family physicians are smart...he’s a smart cookie!
