Refused to offer my disabled child telehealth for our follow up appointment even though my son is going into the hospital for a procedure to look for tumors in his brain. Receptionist was rude and sounded like she was high on something bc she talked so slow. Put me on hold with a screaming autistic child for over 15 minutes. Do better!
Best GI in the Tampa Bay Area. My child been a patient since she was 2 weeks old. They are very caring office and Dr. lugo is very knowledgeable. Been using them for almost 5 years now.
Dr. Lugo was very professional and took his time answering all our questions and explaining with details. I appreciated that he didn't just speak directly with me but included my son into the conversation. He was recommended to me and I would recommend him to anyone with kiddos needing a good, well spoken, patient and kind GI doctor.
