Dr. Lugo was very thorough in his history collection, he asked a lot of relevant questions to ensure he understood our newborns symptoms and made us feel heard as parents. He practices according to evidenced-based guidelines and provides detailed explanations about the reasoning behind his medical decision making and plan of care. He answered all questions thoroughly.
