The staff here is really great! They are kind and the wait is always short and most importantly they do a great job on shots, injections, and surgeries! I have recommended them to many other people with back pain.
The person handling appointment bookings was very rude and impolite. She snapped at me and hung up the phone when I called to ask about the reason for my mother's upcoming appointment. She told me to cancel the appointment if I didn't want to come and refused to explain why my mother had two appointments scheduled.
Dr. G listens and addresses all of my concerns. He also asks what can he do for me, not telling what is to happen.
